The Indonesian Gymnastics Federation (FGI), led by Chairwoman Ita Yuliati, paid a media visit to Garuda TV at the Ratu Prabu Building, Jakarta, on Friday (September 19, 2025). The visit was part of a series of outreach activities to raise public awareness of the upcoming 53rd FIG Artistic Gymnastics World Championships, scheduled to take place at Indonesia Arena, Jakarta, from October 19 to 25, 2025.
During the meeting, FGI Chairwoman Ita Yuliati was warmly welcomed by Garuda TV’s President Director, Fahmi Muhamad Anwari, and his team. She shared the latest updates on the progress of preparations for the World Championships, highlighting Indonesia’s readiness to host this historic global event.
The Chairwoman also presented FGI’s long-term development blueprint, outlining strategic programs aimed at advancing gymnastics in Indonesia. The initiative is expected to not only strengthen the country’s performance on the international stage but also foster greater public interest and participation in the sport nationwide.
