Angelina Melnikova continued her dominance at the 53rd FIG Artistic Gymnastics World Championships. Competing in the WAG vault final on Friday (October, 24), the 25-year-old athlete topped the all-around with 14,466 points.

The silver and bronze medals in the vault went to Lia-Monica Fontaine of Canada with 14,033 points, and Jocelyn Roberson of the USA with 13,983 points, respectively.

This was Melnikova's second gold medal at the Indonesia Arena. The day before, the gymnast, who competed as Athlete Individual Neutral (AIN), secured the gold medal in the WAG all-around.
